INEX QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROCESS

INEX manages production quality through the following three basic processes:

Quality Planning	Quality Control	Quality Improvement
Establish quality objectives. Clearly identify the target customers. Determine customer requirements and product quality. Develop product characteristics that meet customer needs. Create processes and measures to produce products with desired characteristics. Establish process controls; transfer production plans to the execution department.	Conduct sample tests. Evaluate the effectiveness of the current process. Compare actual performance with quality objectives. Take necessary actions to bridge the gap between quality objectives and current performance.	Report and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the product. Confirm the need for improvement. Establish the necessary infrastructure, machinery, and knowledge for improvement. Identify improvement projects. Form project teams. Provide teams with resources and training so they can: Diagnose the causes Propose corrective and improvement plans Establish necessary controls to maintain results.

INEX always prioritizes product quality. Therefore, throughout the production, processing, and construction processes, we have a team of staff closely supervising each stage.

Right from the stage of raw material input, we assign our most outstanding employees, who are highly skilled and knowledgeable about technical specifications, to inspect and select good materials and eliminate those that do not meet the requirements. We choose reputable suppliers for our materials.

During the product manufacturing process, our technical team is continuously monitored and inspected at different stages. At each transition between stages, we conduct an additional inspection. If the requirements are met, the product moves to the next stage. Any part that does not meet the requirements will be corrected or completely redone.

Additionally, during construction and installation, we always have supervisors to ensure the best quality management for the projects.
